PDP National Chairman, Ayu to inaugurate projects in Delta April 29

National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Senator Iyorchia Ayu will arrive Asaba, the Delta State Capital on Friday, April 29, 2022, on the express invitation of Governor, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowa.

Official activities of the state governor has it that Senator Ayu will commission Ambassador Ralph Uwechue Way and some Storm Water Projects on Friday.

The road project is one of the superb efforts of Okowa administration due to its high quality and standard, completed within estimated contractual time frame, in the ongoing Asaba Capital Territory Development and City Beautification projects.

The former Senate President will later proceed to the Cenotaph Asaba as Special Guest of Honour to witness the 2022 Aniocha/Oshili Federal Constituency Empowerment ceremony, where items worth several millions of naira will be distributed to lucky beneficiaries by the Minority Leader and member of the House of Representatives, Hon Ndudi Elumelu.

Invited senior government officials and other dignitaries are advised to be at the Asaba International Airport on or before 9:30am to warmly receive the party’s national chairman.
