Persons involved in extortion of money from people for the installation of electrical transformers that were recently freely distributed across parts of Delta Central Senatorial District of Delta State through the office of the Deputy President of the Nigerian Senate, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, have been warned to desist forthwith.
A statement signed by the Head, DSP’s constituency office Comrade Chuks Erhire said that some persons are compelling and tricking constituents across some communities to pay various sums of money and levies for the installation of the electricity transformers.
