By Patrick Ochei

Issele-Uku, the administrative headquarters of Aniocha North Local Government Area of Delta State, is set to receive a baptism of abundance in the year 2024, as an illustrious son and Aviation expert, Pastor Ijeoma Herbert Odika has made plans to host one of the biggest crusades ever hosted in the history of Issele-Uku town.

The crusade is coming under the aegis of Issele-Uku Believers Forum in Diaspora, a non-denominational platform envisioned for the unfettered praise and worship of the Most High God.

According to the Man of God, “It’s time for the Christians in Issele-Uku to take over the territory for Christ without recourse to denominational divisions.

“God has been speaking to me about this. He is one true God, and if we must achieve our purpose as the chosen and called of God, we must achieve that as believers and not just people gathering under a group called church. We must do something differently to prove that we are children of God, chosen and called by Him and not by being physically answerable to the local church we attend.

“Issele-Uku has got to rise for Christ, and so we are calling on all Pastors, Christian believers from the orthodox, pentecostal and others to come together on the 5th of January, 2024, at Ogbe-Utu Primary School Issele-Uku for this divine project, starting from 6pm to 10:30pm.

“We are optimistic that God is still very much in the business of doing miracles; and He will answer for a turnaround in Issele-Uku and in the life of her people”, Odika posited.

The programme is an initiative of Pastor Ijeoma Herbert Odika as President of Issele-Uku Believers Forum in Diaspora, with a mandate to ignite the revival of Issele-Uku in 2024.

Meanwhile, ministers like Rev. Abraham Triumphant, Rev. Tony Ozue (UK Coordinator), Min. Chris Ebube, and then the Glorious Praise Crew, Indomitable Faith Singers and other anointed ministers will be joining the host and Issele-Uku believers in a prayer walk round the villages in Issele-Uku on Thursday, January 4, 2024, at 12noon. Then on Friday, January 5, 2024, there will first be an evangelism and discipleship workshop on church planting at the Church of Faith Bible Ministry, Old Asaba Road, Ishiekpe Quarters between 9am and 12noon before the main crusade in the evening.
