The Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Political Matters to the immediate past governor of Delta State, Hon Fidelis Adjogbe, has expressed his warmest condolences to the wife of the incumbent state governor, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori over the passage of her mother, Madam Agnes Ayetoma Etaga.
Adjogbe, who hails from the same Evwreni Kingdom in Ughelli North Local Government Area with the governor’s wife in a statement on Sunday on behalf of his family conveyed his deepest sympathy over the demise of a woman he described with the heart of gold.
“The late mother-in-law to the Governor, Elder Sheriff Oborevwori lived a fulfilled life worthy of emulation.
“We will greatly miss her motherly counsel and passionate love for the things of God. Her commitment to community service will not be forgotten by the people of Evwreni Kingdom,” said Adjogbe.
Evwreni-born politician and community developer who noted that the death of the mother-in-law to Governor Oborevwori was a loss to the entire state said she passed on at a time she was greatly needed to act as an inspiration to the governor in achieving his M.O.R.E Agenda to the people of Delta State.
Continuing, Fidelis Adjogbe said, “My sincere condolence to Governor Oborevwori whose love and care for his mother-in-law knew no bounds. I join him and his wife, Deaconess Tobore at this moment of their grief.
“They should take solace in the fact that late Madam Agnes Ayetoma Etaga lived a virtuous life and left indelible marks in the sands of time.
“It is my earnest prayer that the Almighty God grant our dynamic governor, his wife, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, their children and other family members at the Uruewve community of Evwreni Kingdom the fortitude to bear the repairable loss.”
