Delta born gospel preacher, Avwomakpa, falls in love again, remarries a year after wife’s death

Former South-South Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Archbishop God-Dowell Avwomakpa, has fallen in love again as he remarries one year after the demise of his wife, Pastor Mrs Victoria Avwomakpa.

Avwomakpa, who is the President of Christ Missionaries Crusaders Church in Ekpan, Warri, Delta State, lost his wife, Victoria on June 12, 2020.

One year after, precisely today Saturday, July 10, 2023, the renowned gospel preacher wedded his new bride, Miss Sarah, at the church headquarters in Ekpan.

NewsNet gathered that the ceremony was graced by several traditional rulers and other top dignitaries including the member representing Ughelli North, Ughelli South, Udu Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Rev Francis Ejiroghene Waive.

This medium gathered further that Bishop Avwomakpa paid the bride price of Sarah whose origin is Plateau state few weeks ago.

A dependable source also told NewsNet that Sarah is in her 30s.

Pastor (Mrs) Victoria Avwomakpa, who died at the age of 67, battled ill-health for many years before her demise.

She hailed from Ekrerhavwen in Ughelli North Local Government Area and was married to Archbishop God-Dowell Avwomakpa for 48 years.
