Irate youths have reportedly set ablaze a bus belonging to Agofure Motors after it crushed two brothers on a commercial motorcycle to death at Owhelogbo Community in Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta State.
NewsNet gathered that the vehicle was trying to maneuver its way out of a traffic jam caused by Oleh indigenes who barricaded the road in protest of the gruesome murder of twelve of their indigenes, when it rammed into the motorcycle, killing the rider and his brother on the spot.
The incident caused serious tension in the area as other vehicles coming from Warri made a detour as they battled to escape from the scene.
Miffed by the death of the victims, the irate youths descended on the bus including a Mercedes Benz car and set them ablaze.
When contacted, the Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Onome Onovwakpoyeya confirmed the incident.
