Nigeria on Friday recorded 1074 new cases of the Coronavirus pandemic.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, which announced the figure on Friday night via its official Twitter handle, said Lagos and Kaduna States recorded 642 and 92 cases, respectively, while Rivers State followed with 78 cases.
The country now has a total of 88,587 confirmed cases and 1,294 deaths.
