Nigeria on Saturday recorded 645 new cases of coronavirus and 18 deaths.
The announcement made by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on its official Twitter handle late Saturday night, brings the total number of deaths and infections in the country to 1,831 and 151,553 respectively.
According to the health agency, Delta posted 12 of the deaths, raising its toll from 52 to 64, while Lagos reported three new deaths which bring its total death toll to 384.
Other states that recorded one death each were Kaduna, Kano and Abia.
