A forum of all civil society organisations in Delta State is set to hold its maiden edition on Thursday, February 24, 2022, at Africa for Peace Centre Complex, Ugolo near Osubi Airport and Warri.
The Convener and National National Coordinator of Center for Peace and Environmental Justice, CEPEJ, Chief Comrade Sheriff Mulade made this known in a press statement at Asaba the State Capital on Wednesday, February 23, 2022.
According to the statement, aspirants for the various positions have the choice to indicate interest in positions for which they seek to be elected.
The statement adds that accreditation process will commence at 8:30am and end 10am while voting starts at 11am.
Meanwhile, the DELCOF Elections Committee which has Mrs Bridget Affairs as Chairman and Dr Godwin Orhadahwe as Secretary, has made all necessary arrangements to provide a level playing ground to ensure free, fair and credible elections that will lead the civil Societies Forum in Delta State.
