Former Delta SSG consoles Ogrih on father’s death

Former Secretary to the Delta State Government (SSG), Comrade Ovuozourie Macaulay has sympathized with Hon. Prince Sam Ogrih, over the demise of his father, Prince Stephen Ekpebe Ogrih, the Odio Orere of Uzere Kingdom.

Macaulay who paid a condolence visit to Ogrih at Uzere in Isoko South Local Government Area said that Pa Ogrih could not have lived a better life than what he did having died at 94years.

He recalled that in the 70s, Pa Ogrih along with his grandfather groomed and mentored many Isoko youths.

“As a young schoolboy, I met you, a younger man when you came to join my late grandfather at Afor in Ndokwa East council area of the State. You both provided opportunities and leadership for a lot of Isoko people to find space in that land.

“You will continue to be remembered for your doggedness and strength of character,” said Macaulay.

He prayed that Pa Ogrih’s soul should find a place in God’s bosom.
