The Evwreni Clan Improvement Union (ECIU), Ogor Branch, on Sunday, December 28, 2025, held its End-of-Year Party amid reflections on growth, unity, and collective progress within the Evwreni Kingdom.
The event took place at the Eclat Royal Hotel hall along Isoko Road, Ughelli, and drew members of the union together in a relaxed atmosphere aimed at strengthening bonds and reinforcing shared goals.
In his welcome address, the Branch President, Sir Rtn. Fidelis Adjogbe, expressed satisfaction with the steady progress of the Ogor Branch since its establishment over four years ago.
He described the gathering as a celebration of unity, friendship, and the collective spirit that continues to define the Evwreni people.
Adjogbe highlighted key achievements recorded by the branch, noting that membership has grown steadily, with over thirty active members currently on the nominal roll.
He also pointed to the impressive growth of the ECIU Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society, which now boasts a capital base of over ₦5 million in less than two years of operation.
According to him, the branch has equally placed strong emphasis on members’ welfare, offering both moral and financial support during ceremonies and significant life events.
Other speakers at the event, including the Branch Secretary, Hon. Desmond Okpako, Vice President Mr. Victor Ovwiomote, and Mrs. Silver Ugboduma, commended members for their commitment and encouraged sustained cooperation and participation in union activities.
The event climaxed on a convivial note, with members reaffirming their resolve to deepen unity and accelerate development initiatives within the Evwreni Clan.
