The Delta State Government has cancelled the monthly environmental sanitation for the month of November, 2023.

The exercise which is supposed to hold tomorrow, Saturday, November 25, across the state was cancelled due to the on-going West African Examination Council (Private Examination).

In a statement, the Delta State Director of Public Communication in the Ministry of Information, Theresa Oliko, advised residents to cut overgrown weeds, desilt their drains and keep their environment clean to prevent the spread of diseases as it is the responsibility of all to clean 20 metres radius of their premises.
