David Adeleke aka Davido, the Nigerian American-born award-winning singer, has responded to the allegations levelled against him by former President of the Nigeria Football Federation, Amaju Pinnick.
Pinnick had slammed the singer for failing to perform at his Independence Day show ‘Warri Again’ staged in the Oil City of Warri, Delta State after he was paid $94,600 (about N72 million).
In apparent response to Pinnick’s threat to teach him a lesson for the disappointment, Davido via his X handle @davido wrote as follows: “Throwing stones but u Dey live for glass house …
“NOBODY CAN STOP ME FROM PERFORMING-ANYWHERE IN NIGERIA … WARRI I WILL SEE YOU SOON.”
He went further to post a picture of the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, logo with the caption; “Make I no talk”.
