Popular Nigerian actress, filmmaker and singer, Rahama Sadau, has denounced the listing of her name in the Women Campaign Team of the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Tinubu.

Ms Sadau, who is number 32 on the list, expressed her displeasure with the inclusion of her name on the Tinubu/Shettima 2023 Presidential Women Campaign Committee.

She engaged her Twitter followers, expressing disappointment on how her name made it to the list without being consulted.

The actress, in a tweet, said her inclusion was “a big fat lie” and that she was “not aware” of how her name made it to the list, adding that she was in no way “associated with this”.

About 33 Nollywood and Kannywood actors were listed under the Creative and Entertainment Category of the campaign list.

Other celebrities on the list include Joke Silva, Mercy Johnson, Fausat Balogun, Kyatau Dilallaiya, Liz ‘Omo Ibadan’ Jay and several others, including all APC governors’ wives.
