Emetulu, Augoye, Akpowowo, others win House of Assembly seats in Delta

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has released some results of the House of Assembly election held Saturday in Delta State.

Although Delta State has 25 Local Government Areas the State House of Assembly has 29 member seats with Burutu, Ughelli North, Warri South and Isoko South Local Government Areas having one additional constituency seat.

The winners on the banner of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP):

1. Charles Emetulu, Ndokwa West Constituency

2. James Augoye, Okpe Constituency

3. Arthur Akpovwowo, Ethiope East Constituency

4. Augustine Uroye, Warri South Constituency 1

5. Perkins Umukoro, Sapele Constituency.

6. Emeka Osamuta, Ndokwa East Constituency

7. Marilyn Okowa-Daramola, Ika North-East Constituency

8. Emmanuel Sinebe, Patani Constituency

1. Egbetamah Ovie Collins, Udu Constituency

2. Spencer Ohwofa, Ughelli North Constituency 2

3. Omonade Matthew, Ughelli North Constituency 1

4. Edafe Emakpor, Uvwie Constituency

5. Benson Obire – Warri South Constituency 2
