Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) National Executive Council has approved the continuation of the ongoing strike by the Union.
The NEC of ASUU on Monday morning resolved to continue with the strike after a meeting held at the University of Abuja.
Lecturers of public universities in Nigeria have since February 2022 been on strike to get the federal government to implement agreements it reached with the Union in the past.
