Delta State Police Command will from January 8, 2024, begin screening of indigenes of the state who completed the online registration for the ongoing 2022 recruitment into the Nigeria Police Force as police constables for the Automated Physical/Credentials Screening Exercise.
The spokesperson for the Command, DSP Bright Edafe, in a statement on Friday said this screening which ends January 29 2024, starts at 7am daily at the Cenotaph Parade Ground Asaba, the capital city Delta State.

“Thus, all applicants are to appear in their clean white T-shirt and shorts with the following mandatory basic screening requirements, neatly arranged in two white flat files with a recent passport photograph attached: i. Evidence of physical/mental fitness from a government-recognized Medical Hospital, ii. Evidence of Good character from Village/District Head of the applicant, iii. Certificate of Origin duly signed by the Local Government Chairman or Secretary, iv. National Identity Number (NIN) – Slip Print-out, v. Original and duplicate copies of credentials – O’ Level Result(s), Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age, vi. Print-out of application form, vii. Duly completed Guarantor’s form and viii. Invitation slip
“Any candidate who fails to present the items (i – viii) mentioned in Paragraph 2 above will not be considered for screening. Applicants are equally advised to pay attention to their scheduled date and time, other details, and specific guidelines on the screening exercise.
“The Commissioner of Police Delta State Command, CP Wale Abass while wishing applicants the best of luck, also advises them to be wary of online impostors, fraudsters and other criminal elements who might want to take advantage of the recruitment process to swindle innocent applicants.
