“Whatever we do today is not for ourselves but for Deltans and the future of our children and generations to come. if we fail to take certain actions and decisions based on petty sentiments, we will be asked questions by posterity”.

Hon. Ogbimi emphasized that implementing various reforms in the bank had brought a lot of progress to the financial institution and assured Deltans that at the second anniversary of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, which coincidentally will also be the first anniversary of the sixth board, the world we see what Delta trust has achieved.

Hon.Ogbimi said renovation work at the bank’s headquarters was currently ongoing to provide a better working environment, adding that within a space of seven months, the bank had added two new contact centres at Ughelli and Ozoro, while that of Sapele and Agbor would soon be established.

Hon. Ogbimi thanked Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for allowing the sixth board of Delta Trust Mortgage Bank to serve Deltans.

On his part, the new Acting Manager Director, Delta Trust Mortgage Bank Limited, Barr. Joshua Muwhen thanked the state government and the board chairman for his elevation and promised to take the bank to the next level and align with the vision of the board which is in tandem with the More Agenda of the current administration.

He assured that it was a new dawn in the Delta Trust Mortgage Bank, adding that the bank was not just going to be a player in the mortgage banking sector, but a dominant force, a trailblazer and a household name in the sector in Nigeria and beyond

“The bank is at the threshold of greatness and together, we will unlock new opportunities, break boundaries and set new records”

He pledged his total commitment, dedication and collaboration with the board, management, staff, shareholders and stakeholders to revolutionize the mortgage bank.
