The ethnic nationalities who spoke to newsmen in reaction to the reports noted that the staff of the Commission are happy with the new Management Board as it strives to reposition the Agency to achieve the MORE Agenda in the lives of staff and mandate areas as well as Delta State.

According to them, they are in full support of the process of appointments of HODs stressing that there are no discrepancies as acclaimed.

“What the Board is doing, we are in support of it. They should continue at the same pace because we know changes are still ongoing.

“Nobody should complain, the Board is working. They should allow the Board to work. We too are looking at it that this Board is doing what is expected by the Staff because if you go to the Commission today 90 to 95 percent of the Staff are happy with what is going on,” they said.

The Presidents of the ethnic nationalities enjoined persons agitated by the new changes especially appointments of HODs, to cool their tempers.

They added, “In as far as what the Board is doing in line with the template the Government gave to us the ethnic nationalities that this process should be allowed to continue”.
