The Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has scheduled Thursday, September 2, 2021, for the inauguration of the party’s newly-elected Ward chairmen in Delta State.
The Ward chairmen are expected after their inauguration to proceed to their respective Wards to inaugurate their Ward executives.
State Legal Adviser, (Caretaker) APC Delta State, E.V. Onojeghuo, a lawyer in a statement on Wednesday outlined the inauguration as follows:
1. All Ward Chairmen in Delta South and Delta Central
Date: Thursday, September 2, 2021.
Venue: APC Secretariat, Ughelli North LGA. NO. 123 Ughelli/Patani Express Road, by Emporium Supermarket, Ughelli.
Time – 9am.
2. Delta North Senatorial District
Date: Thursday, September 2, 2021.
Venue: Along Kwale/Ozoro Express Way, by Asaba Park, Alama Ossai Junction, Kwale
Time – 2pm
The statement directed all the incoming local government area chairmen to organise and ensure that all the Ward Chairmen in their areas are in attendance without fail.
