Delta APC Director of Publicity, Ovuakporie, denies hijacking Ward Congress Forms

The Director of Publicity of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Delta State Chapter, Nick Ovuakporie, has said that there was no time he took possession of the party’s Ward Congress Forms in the state.

Ovuakporie in a statement while denying his alleged involvement in the hijacking of the Ward Congress Forms, said it was a lie from the pit of hell and calculated attempt to tarnish his hard-earned reputation.

The statement titled, “RE: HIJACK OF CONGRESS MATERIALS BY NICK OVUAKPORIE; A LIE FROM THE PIT OF HELL,” reads in full below:

My attention has been drawn to yet another bogus lie by those who derive pleasure in blackmailing the hard-earned reputation of patriots, who are working tirelessly to build a strong and formidable APC that is ready to dislodge the PDP from Delta State in 2021.

May I state clearly, that the said spurious allegation is the usual tactics employed by this group of alarmists who will stop at nothing but to tarnish the image of a law-abiding citizen of my standing.

There was no time I took possession of Ward Congress Forms to warrant the tarnishing of my reputation. I am not the State Chairman of the APC in Delta State thus I have no business keeping forms for Ward Congresses. I refer anyone that is interested in Ward Congress Forms to the State Chairman who is in a position to handle issues regarding the sale of Ward Congress forms.

I urge party faithful to ignore this wicked campaign of calumny being circulated by serial blackmailers and PDP agents in Delta APC.
