Appeal Court sitting in Akure, the Ondo State capital has upturned the life imprisonment conviction of prophet Babatunde Alfa.
An Ondo State High Court had in its judgment of October 6, 2020, sentenced Alfa and five other members of his Sotitobire Praising Chapel to life imprisonment for the mysterious disappearance of a toddler, Gold Kolawole.
