The Nigeria Police Force, NPF, Thursday paraded one fake Chief Superintendent of Police, CSP, Lawrence Ajojo and 14 others allegedly involved in the invasion of Justice Mary Odili’s House in Maitama, Abuja.
While parading the suspects at the Force Criminal Investigation Department, FCID, Area 10, Garki, the Force spokesperson, Mr Frank Mba, said the suspects involved in the criminal act were drawn from different professional backgrounds, notably, journalism, banking and law enforcement.
In a chat with newsmen, the fake CSP, Ajojo acknowledged he is not an officer of the Nigeria Police, but claimed to be a consultant for the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami.
He however insisted the AGF did not direct him on the failed raid on Justice Odili’s House.
For his part, the journalist involved claimed to be working on an exclusive story.
