Your Excellency, sir.
May I, on behalf of myself and my families here in Agbarho and in Ugono Orogun, congratulate you on your sweet victory in the just concluded Guber election in Delta State.
Your victory is the victory of the good over the bad, of light over darkness, of progress over retardation and retrogression. Your success, sir is a defeat of the band of locusts, fleas, and trips, the band of plunderers and vandals.
Your Excellency, you saved Delta State from anarchists, tyrants, and despots. I can’t rejoice with you enough.
The job before you sir is tremendous and the challenges are onerous. But you are a conqueror, the anointed child of God. God will light your path, lift the challenges, and will set you on the path of properly rebuilding our State to an enviable level.
Once again sir, my congratulations to you from Agbarho and Ugono Orogun.
