Delta State Commissioner for Works (Highways and Urban Roads) Comrade Reuben Izeze has congratulated Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on his Victory at the Supreme Court on Friday.

Speaking to newsmen in Asaba, Izeze said, “This is the Lord’s doing and it’s marvelous in our eyes.

“It’s IMPOSSIBLE to use the son of the soil as sacrifice to the gods of that same soil.* His Excellency, won the elections fair and square, not with the instruments of government, but by the overwhelming vote of confidence of Deltans who preferred the MORE Agenda to other *emergency manifestoes of chance that littered the political space during the campaigns.”*

The MORE Agenda reflects the aspirations of Deltans in clear articulate terms that is simplistic, but detailed with actionable plans.

“We thank God who rules in the affairs of men, and the JUDICATURE that didn’t give room for any form of extraneous manipulation or jurisprudencial misinterpretation”.*

“I  congratulate H.E, Rt Hon Elder Sheriff Francis Orowhedor Oborevwori, on his meritorious affirmation as the duly elected Governor of Delta State by the Supreme Court.

“The Supreme Court’s verdict, further reaffirms the mandate Deltans entrusted to Governor Oborevwori. I am particularly elated today because this verdict has reaffirmed my conviction that; “In the power equation of Delta State, the GOD VARIABLE remains the ultimate ‘CONSTANT K’.

“This is a victory for all Deltans not just for the members of The PDP. Therefore, let everyone join hands with His Excellency Rt.Hon.Elder Sheriff Francis Orowhoedor OBOREVWORI *so that together we can build a MORE ADVANCED DELTA STATE!!!

“There are no victors nor vanquished, just as His Excellency has said that nobody is good enough to be his enemy. It’s an express invitation to all to join the ship and let’s sail to a better Delta State,” Izeze added.
