Rotarian Fidelis Adjogbe, a former Senior Special Assistant on Political Matters to the immediate past governor of Delta State has expressed his heartfelt congratulations to Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, the wife of the incumbent governor of the State on her birthday.
Speaking with NewsNet Nigeria, Adjogbe, who is a front-line chairmanship aspirant for Ughelli North Local Government Council in the forthcoming 2024 local government elections in Delta State said it is fitting to celebrate the First Lady of the State for her motherly stride for Deltans, especially women and the youths.
According to him, “The First Lady cares so much for all most especially the less privileged, and I can bet you her birthday celebration like others in the past will begin or be rounded off with the celebration with the less privileged in our society.
“We thank God Almighty for giving her to us as our First Lady at this time of our political history, and I am asking God to grant her long life and more prosperity.”
Adjogbe praised Deaconess Oborevwori for being a solid pillar to her husband, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, particularly in going through and triumphing over the 38 court cases aimed at truncating the destiny of God upon his life to emerge as Governor at this time of the political re-engineering of Delta State.
“Our Governor’s wife has truly demonstrated all it takes for a woman to stand behind the husband. Her Excellency, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori is a woman of prayer coupled with her heart of giving especially to the needy in our society.
“As she celebrates another milestone of her age, I pray God to grant her more wisdom and strength to carry on as a good mother to her family and Delta State in general. Congratulations to Delta State, Congratulations to Mama Delta and Happy birthday celebration to an amazing First Lady.”
