A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Delta State, Chief Fred Majemite on Sunday clocked 60 years.
The Ughelli-born politician, businessman and lawyer was joined on Sunday by some of his political associates, family members and friends to mark his birthday in London, the United Kingdom
The colourful and well-attended celebration at Hilton London Metropole Hotel, 225 Edgware Rd, London W2 1JU, United Kingdom, was graced by a foremost politician in Delta State and popular Urhobo irredentist, Dr (Sen) Ighoyota Amori, Comrade Ovuozourie Macaulay, Chief Festus Agas, Hon. Solomon Ahwinahwi, Barr. Andrew Oru and other notable personalities.
Dr Amori at the ceremony congratulated and rejoiced with Olorogun Majemite for attaining the milestone of Diamond Jubilee and for his relentless commitment to touching lives, especially the needy in society.
He particularly commended Majemite as a very loyal party man noting that his contributions have contributed immensely to the stability of the PDP in Delta State.
While returning all the glory to God for the life of Majemite, the Mosogar-born political tactician wished the celebrant many more years to celebrate God’s grace upon his life.
Olorogun Majemite, was a one-time Delta State Commissioner for Lands, Surveys and Urban Development including other political positions.
