Based on his grassroots penetration and political sagacity especially as a one-time councillor of the Legislative Arm of Uvwie Local Government, Eghrudje has fully integrated himself into the campaign structures of the Delta State APC governorship candidate, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege.

He told NewsNet Nigeria today Thursday that he is now fully committed and dedicated to working for the victory of Senator Omo-Agege as the next governor for him to actualise his plans for the state which are encapsulated in his 60-page manifesto anchored on the EDGE to Build a New Delta (BAND).

He described Omo-Agege as a goal-getter who will revamp Delta State if voted in as the 5th civilian governor since the creation of Delta State.

“I have left the PDP where I have been since 1999 to the APC for good. It is now time to devout the same time, energy and commitment to working for the victory of Senator Ovie Om-Agege in the rescheduled March 18, 2023, governorship and House of Assembly elections.

“Among all the governorship candidates jostling to succeed the incumbent governor of Delta State, Senator Omo-Agege stands out. He has clearly demonstrated and proven to possess the competence, capacity and political dexterity to advance meaningful development in the oil-rich Delta State.

“With the overwhelming support from across the state, Senator Omo-Agege will win the governorship election. The support has been massive and the assurances have also been resounding and reassuring from Deltans who yearning for Senator Omo-Agege to come to the rescue and save the state from its further derailment,” said Eghrudje.
