All judges of Court of Appeal Presidential Tribunal appear to be from the North – Akpo Mudiaga-Odje

All judges in this Court of Appeal Presidential Tribunal appear to come from the North notwithstanding one from the Middle Belt.

On issues like this, Middle Belt prefers to be counted as Northern Nigeria…so no federal character reflected as provided for in Section 14 of our Constitution.

And in addition, most people did not know, including us from civil society, that it was the company of the female Governorship aspirant of the APC, who is a director, that printed the ballot papers for the elections.

This shocking information came from PDP’s petition where they made this point a live issue.

APC admitted the allegation but merely contended that the woman though a director was nevertheless not saddled with the day-to-day running of the company.

And further, the woman has been printing same in the past. My God! Endurance of Ignorance does not make things right.

Now NNDP wrote on many occasions to INEC, that their logo on the ballot was not inscribed on same, thus making it difficult for their supporters to identify the party on the ballot.

In the Bomadi/Patani federal constituency whereby God’s benevolence, we prepared the petition, our main ground of challenge is unlawful Exclusion as there was no logo for identifying NNDP.

Even LP had similar issues with its logo.

Since who printed the ballot papers is also a Governorship candidate of the ruling party, does this not raise serious integrity and transparency issues on INEC awarding that huge contract to her? And her company subsequently omits logos of opposition parties in ballot papers printed by her Company?

Since she is not involved in the day-to-day running of the company, will she not partake in sharing the gigantic over-blotted profits the company made from this highly suspicious contract awarded by INEC to her?
